Who and where is BENN?

Our team works from our office at Pohlestraße 4 in 12557 Berlin-Köpenick. It is a place for information and advice on ideas for neighbourhood activities. We look forward to your visit!

You can reach us by scheduling an appointment or during our consultation hours:

Tuesdays from 2 pm to 4 pm noon (in the neighbourhood).

Thursdays from 10 am to 12 noon (in our office).

The first Tuesday “neighbourhood” consultation every month (starting on 04/03/25) is mobile. This means we are moving around outside, in a neighborhood that we will be communicated publicly beforehand. On all other Tuesdays, the consultation hours will take place in the neighborhood garden of the KIEZKLUB-Allende (Salvador-Allende-Straße 89, 12559 Berlin).

BENN is a programme by the senate administration to promote urban development, construction and housing for neighbourhoods with accommodation for refugees and displaced people. The programme is run in partnership with the district offices. There are 23 locations altogether in Berlin and the Allende-Viertel is one of these locations.
